Return Policy

* Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
The 7 days start from the day you received your order. This is 7 working days.

We only refund or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Not if you have a change of heart. Please make sure your read all descriptions on products and that your understand our terms and conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any items that is returned more than 7 working days after delivery will not be accepted.

You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note. Our  policy is to deduct 10% handling fee from the original price, but unless a lot of administration has been necessary to the item back, we usually turn a blind eye to it.

In the case of you arranging your own courier and failed to do so in the specific time and the order was done in the estimated turnaround time; we will not accept a return or a refund on this. This was solely your responsibility to pick up the package in time and we will and can not be held liable for late or no delivery.

* Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

* Late or missing refunds (If applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

* Sale items (If applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

* Exchanges (If applicable)

PLEASE NOTE: It is your obligation to make sure you order the right size. We will not do refunds on wrong sizes ordered.

* Shipping

To return you product, you should mail your product to: 4 Link Street, Vredendal, 8160 or post to P.O. Box 915, Vredendal, 8160.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
